KYN61-40.5 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is an indoor complete power-distribution assembly rated three-phase AC 50 Hz, 40.5 kV. It serves power plants, substations and industrial/mining enterprises for power reception and distribution, providing circuit control, protection and monitoring, and suits sites requiring frequent operation. It complies with GB/T 3906-2020, IEC 60298 and GB/T 11022-2020.
Structural Features
The cabinet uses an assembled structure with a floor-type trolley breaker; the new composite-insulated vacuum breaker offers good interchangeability and easy replacement. A lead-screw-and-nut propulsion mechanism moves the trolley easily while preventing mis-operation damage. All operations can be done with the door closed; forcible mechanical interlocks among the main switch, trolley and door realise full five-prevention. The cable compartment is spacious for multiple cables; a fast earthing switch handles earthing and short-circuit making. Enclosure protection is IP4X, becoming IP2X when the trolley-compartment door is open.
